Training Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all online purchases that include a classroom training course, seminar, online seminar or online training.
1. Definitions:
‘Business day’ means a day except a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Sydney, NSW.
‘Course’ refers to practical training and events provided by Links to Life. They include classroom training, seminars, workshops, online seminars and self-paced learning.
‘Credit’ refers to monies left on file to the credit of the client which is available as payment, or part payment, for future courses, products and services. Credits are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue, after which time they will expire.
‘Refund’ refers to return of monies paid in advance for a course booking.
2. Booking Payment and Confirmation:
Course prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking, prior to payment being processed. Quoted prices include GST.
Discounts can only be claimed at the time of booking, prior to payment. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same transaction.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed after payment.
Contact us if you have not received your confirmation and invoice within one business day.
3. Course Pre-requisites:
Ensure all pre-requisites are satisfied before starting the training. No time will be allocated to assumed knowledge during the course.
4. Booking Cancellations & Transfers:
Cancellation Policy:
- 10+ business days notice – full refund.
- 5-9 business days – credit for full cost.
- 1-4 business days – 50% credit.
- Same-day or no-show – no refund or credit.
Transfer Policy:
- 5+ business days – free transfer to another course.
- 1-4 business days – 50% credit towards another course.
- Same-day or no-show – no refund or credit.
Transfers to another person are allowed if advised before the course begins and confirmed by Links to Life.
Online training cancellations must be notified within 30 days of purchase and before logging in.
5. Online Training:
No refunds, credits, or attendee transfers are available once login occurs.
Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
Access is limited to 6 months from enrolment. Login details are sent within one business day of purchase.
6. Course Cancellations by Links to Life:
Links to Life reserves the right to cancel any course. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to a different date.
We are not liable for expenses such as flights or accommodation due to course cancellations.
7. Links to Life Training Guarantee:
If you do not feel confident after completing the training, you may repeat the same course once for free within three months.
Terms:
- Non-transferable, valid for original attendee only.
- Original course materials must be brought for the repeat session.
- Repeat bookings must be requested via email to enquiries@linkstolife.com.au and are subject to availability.
- Valid for 3 months from the original course date.
- Not applicable to workshops and webinars.
8. Copyright:
All training materials are protected by copyright and cannot be reused without permission.
9. Privacy:
Links to Life collects and uses personal information to deliver and support its services. Your data may be collected from public sources or third-party providers and may be shared with partners in Australia, the US or other countries.
You can manage your marketing preferences and request access or correction of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
