SuperSitters was founded by Christina Campbell, a mother navigating the challenges of raising a child with autism. After trying countless support workers, she realised most lacked the skills to truly support her son’s behavioural needs. Instead of helping, many unintentionally reinforced unhelpful behaviours, disrupted routines, or lacked understanding of autism altogether.
Wanting more than a babysitter, Christina began using her junior behavioural therapists to assist when she needed time to manage the household or take a work meeting or simply catch her breath. These sessions weren’t just about supervision — they offered intentional, therapeutic engagement. Her son, Logan, stayed regulated, continued learning, and felt supported — all while Christina got the support she needed to function for her family.
