Specialist Support for Young People Aged 9–25 With Autism, ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, or Mental Health Challenges
At Links to Life, we provide more than just supervision. Our Mental Health Support Workers are behaviourally trained and clinically guided to deliver structured, therapeutic care to young people aged 9–25 who experience neurodivergence, mental health challenges or behaviours of concern.
We have Support Workers Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and are supported by a Behaviour Support Practitioner to ensure consistency, progress and emotional safety.
With behavioural training, we’re able to respond consistently in real moments, not just in theory. For young people who may experience anxiety or emotional dysregulation, steady and familiar support can help create a more settled environment and strengthen trust over time.
At Links to Life, each Mental Health Support Worker can apply clinically guided strategies that align with the young person’s goals and routines, whether at home, at school, or in the community.

We take a staged approach to ensure your plan is clinically informed and practical:
This process ensures every behaviour support worker makes a meaningful difference in your child’s journey towards independence.
Mental health and behavioural challenges don’t have to limit potential. With the right support, young people can learn to regulate, participate and connect — with confidence.
