If we hire you as a permanent behavioural therapist, you will be part of:
‘In Clinic Fridays’ for professional development, team bonding, shared learning sessions and admin.
When eligible, benefit from up to 2 days paid professional development per year.
Have the opportunity to participate in group training on topics important to our team and our families e.g. Mental Health First Aid.
If eligible qualify for Supervision for RBT, BCaBA or BCBA.
Participate in Industry Forums from time to time.
