Why do we have this policy?

We are committed to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and relevant state health privacy laws. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why and how we collect it, how we use/disclose it, and how you can access, update, or complain about your information.

What personal information do we collect and hold?
