About the role
We are looking for 2-3 special individuals who are willing to support one of our older clients based in Wollstonecraft to assist him undertake specific tasks and ensure he keeps on track to get to appointments, help make dinner and undertake basic life skills.
This is a great opportunity to make a difference as well as increase your working knowledge through client specific training .
Skills and experience
- Background working with Autistic Adults preferred
- Ability to undertake domestic Household chores and teach skillls to increase his independence
- Willingness to learn and take instruction from other Professionals in the team to faciliate increased skill learning
- ability to assist with planning of cooking and Shopping
- able to undergo any professional Development training to support the therapy
- Positive with a passion for the development of skills for yourself and the client
- Dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people living with Autism
