The role of an ABA Behavioural Therapist
You will help children and their families living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We live a family journey and aim to make a meaningful and long-lasting difference in their lives. We do this with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
ABA has more than 50 years of evidence-based research supporting its effectiveness.

- ‘In Clinic Fridays’ for professional development, team bonding, shared learning sessions and admin
- When eligible, benefit from 4 days paid professional development per year
- Have the opportunity to participate in group training on topics important to our team and our families e.g. Mental Health First Aid
- If eligible qualify for Supervision for RBT, BCaBA or BCBA
- Participate in Industry Forums from time to time
